Payment, Shipping and Return Guidelines
All payments are due at checkout during the completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be processed and items will not be shipped/fulfilled. Any and all orders not completed at the time of checkout will not be reserved and are deemed as cancelled.
Products shipped in-house are shipped from the OE warehouse in Johnson City, TN. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to an increase in orders during the holidays, shipments may require extra time for shipping. Shipping options are listed with cost options at the time of the checkout process. These options allow you to choose the best shipping option for your requirements. Our shipping rates are volume discounted rates as offered to us by the respective shipping carrier (our price = your price). Once your order has been shipped, OE will email a tracking number to the email provided by the buyer at the time of checkout.
As noted above, shipping costs will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated at the time of purchase. In the event that the item/package hasn’t been received but shows delivered via the provided tracking information, the buyer should contact the shipping company to research the undelivered or lost package.
If an item and/or package is damaged during shipping, immediately contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to keep all shipping materials (including original packing and carton/box). OE will not be held responsible if the buyer does not follow the directions and guidelines listed.
ONLINE REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Items are entitled to be returned if the buyer notifies us within 15 days of the purchase date and receives a return authorization(RA#). The buyer must contact us for authorization to return items before they are returned. Once the RA# is obtained, all merchandise must be returned exactly as shipped. In the event that an item is not returned as shipped, OE reserves the right to refuse any returns or charge additional fees where necessary in addition to a standard restock fee. A standard restock fee of 20% fee for processing and restocking (deducted from refund) will be applied. Shipping charges incurred to return the merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer. (Purchases with store pickup follows our current store exchange guidelines listed below). All items noted and advertised as “Final Sale," “Clearance," or “AS-IS” are not eligible for exchange or refund.
STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased in-store or online for pickup will follow the Outlet Express In-Store Exchange Policy. These items are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY and must be brought to the store in the condition shipped/picked up within 15 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt to be eligible for exchange at the store.
Note: Select items may be non-returnable/non exchangeable at store due to certain health and safety guidelines. All items noted and advertised as “Final Sale," “Clearance," or “AS-IS” are not eligible for exchange or refund.
An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, OE customer service will need to be contacted for the status of the order. Once an order has shipped, any requested returns, refused or undeliverable orders will require a return authorization and will be handled per the return guidelines and restock fees listed above.
Any complaints about orders, items or the shipping process should be submitted to our support team. Please contact us via the Contact Us page. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be reviewed individually and our team will be in contact within 24-48 hours.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
OE reserves the right to change or update these Payment, Shipping and Return Guidelines at any time.
